Megasquirt is a feature packed, fuel and ignition controller (and more!) for nearly any non-pollution controlled vehicle. With roots dating back to the early 2000s, it has been developed by not just the inventors, but an entire community of users to become what it is today: a truly reliable, lower cost alternative to expensive and complicated standalone tuning solutions.
KPTuned has history with this product range dating back to near the beginning with our own purchase of a V1.1 board kit during the early days. This was used on my personal Rabbit GTI to control the lambda valve to gain better fuel control (of course with a few hacks of the existing firmware!). Shortly after we experimented with a V2.2 board on a customer’s ABA swapped MK2 GTI and have been alpha and beta testing every release since. Quite a few of which were the first of their kind (first MS2, MS3, MS3/3x and MS3 Pro) on our test bed 95 GTI VR6.
We are now an authorized reseller of all B&G Products as well as a distributor for DIYAutotune and their new AMPEFI range of professional based Megasquirt products. We have built a showcase car around these products with our new 3.6L VR6 powered Corrado SLC so look for updates on that as it gets completed and running featuring a AMPEFI MS3 Pro, Microsquirt I/O module and CANEGT module with an integrated Racepak IQ3s Dash.
